Provides activities that build motor skills, teamwork, confidence, and overall understanding. Supports language and communication development through storytelling, dramatic play, songs, rhymes, and guided discussions
Monitors and evaluates student progress, identifying potential health, emotional, or developmental concerns. Observes students’ nutrition, wellbeing, and safety, recognising barriers that may affect learning outcomes
Engages with parents to discuss student achievements and attends meetings with staff and committees. Participates in community and family-focused programs as needed
Guides and supports student teachers during practical placements
